Puget Sound Educational Service District

Puget Sound Educational Service District (PSESD) is one of nine regional educational agencies serving school districts, state-approved public charter schools, and independent private schools in Washington. PSESD provides essential services to make sure students are ready to enter school, achieve at high levels in the K-12 system, and succeed in postsecondary endeavors. We're providing support to PSESD for a variety of initiatives, many focused on the Road Map Project region of South Seattle and South King County, including:

• Planning and implementation of racial equity strategies
• Supporting early math initiatives and building a learning community for superintendents
• Improving the sustainability of Educare Seattle and investing in high-quality early learning
• Building capacity to provide Special Education technical services in public charter schools
• Building stronger collaboration between community-based organizations and Seattle Public Schools to provide services to students
