ROOTS Young Adult Shelter

Every person deserves a safe place to call home. While our Family Homelessness efforts focus on connecting families with permanent housing solutions, we also recognize that many don't need shelter tomorrow; they need it tonight. ROOTS Young Adult Shelter builds community and fosters dignity through access to essential services and a safe place to sleep for young adults experiencing homelessness.

We provided a general operating support grant to ensure that ROOTS continues to offer a safe overnight emergency shelter, dinner and breakfast, and on-site case management to help young people get back on their feet.
